it is a small story of critisizing own country system of science.recently a intellectual was announced ''Bharat Ratna award'' (highest felicitation in India).the person dr., CS Rao for science.every Indian feel proud of the person and his service orientation in the field.while the person with media,uttered or passed remarks on his own field of study.that,''the science of India is inferior to one other country in the globe'' , i feel for his comment on our great india.if the scince is ''inferior''(as per him)how he could reach to such an stage of ''Bharat ratna...?''..having come an Indian and as a scientist...he is not suppose to say that way.but ''right to express'' the feeling may not be the criteria here.having seen his statement in media deffinately one can understand his capabilities and notion of thinking.and also ther is no doubt he is lacking something as an Indian scientist.......................................
